Stellt euch vor, ihr trainiert nichtsahnend im Fitnessstudio und dann seht ihr plötzlich dieses Chaos: Ein Mann versucht verzweifelt, eine Hantelstange zu stemmen, während sein “Helfer” über ihm steht und scheinbar versucht, ihn mit den Beinen zu würgen. Das Ganze sieht weniger nach Training aus als mehr nach einem missglückten Wrestling-Move.
Der Sportler auf der Bank windet sich wie eine menschliche Brezel, sein Gesichtsausdruck schreit stumm: “Holt mich hier raus!” Und der Kumpel ist total entspannt, als würde er am Strand chillen, statt in einer Notsituation zu helfen.
Vielleicht wäre es klüger, wenn die beiden die Hanteln gegen ein Schachbrett tauschen. Weniger Risiko, mehr Konzentration – und garantiert keine Verletzungen.
