Auf den ersten Blick könnte man denken, dass die Person hier die Kontrolle verloren hat. Aber vielleicht steckt hinter dieser ungewöhnlichen Pose ein cleveres Aufwärmprogramm? Trizeps, Brust und Rumpf werden dabei definitiv gefordert – und vielleicht sogar effektiver als bei klassischen Übungen.
Das Dehnen und Aufwärmen vor dem Training ist wichtig, um Verletzungen vorzubeugen. Ob diese Methode dafür wirklich geeignet ist, bleibt jedoch fraglich. Es sieht zwar ziemlich spektakulär aus, aber gleichzeitig auch ein bisschen kurios. Falls ihr diese Technik ausprobieren möchtet, solltet ihr euch vorher besser vergewissern, ob sie tatsächlich funktioniert und euch muss klar sein, dass ihr damit sicher auch für Lacher bei anderen sorgt.
