Das war schmerzhaft
In diesem Fitnessstudio lief alles wie gewohnt, bis eine junge Frau mit ihrem plyometrischen Training startete. Anfangs sah alles nach einer beeindruckenden Show aus – kräftige Sprünge, perfekte Haltung, volle Kontrolle. Doch dann passiert es: Beim letzten Sprung verheddern sich ihre Füße, sie verliert das Gleichgewicht und landet unsanft genau dort, wo es richtig wehtut.
Die Zuschauer zuckten zusammen, als der dumpfe Aufprall den Raum erfüllte. Einen Moment blieb sie sogar liegen, doch dann rappelte sie sich mit schmerzverzerrtem Gesicht auf – und überraschte alle mit einem breiten Grinsen. “Tja,” sagt sie, “das war mein Bewerbungsvideo für die Gym-Halle-of-Shame!”. Diesen Moment wird sicher niemand vergessen – und sie selbst auch nicht.
