Virtual Reality im Gym? Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das ein bisschen verrückt, könnte aber der nächste große Fitness-Trend sein. Der Mann auf dem Laufband hier zeigt jedenfalls, wie man sich kreativ selbst eine eigene “Virtual Reality” erschaffen kann. Mit seinem Handtuch über dem Bildschirm blendet er die echte Welt aus.
Vielleicht fehlt ihm zu Hause einfach der Platz für ein ausgiebiges Workout, also nutzt er das Fitnessstudio als Ersatz. Nur blöd, dass er wohl sein letztes Geld ins Headset gesteckt hat, sonst hätte es vielleicht auch für einen eigenen Stepper gereicht. So oder so: Virtuell fit zu werden, hat definitiv etwas für sich und dazu noch jede Menge Meme-Potenzial.
