Jedoch macht er nicht nur mit seinen sportlichen Erfolgen Schlagzeilen, sondern auch mit seinem Privatleben. Seit 2019 sehen wir das Model Brenda Patea an seiner Seite. Diese ist nicht nur 4 Jahre älter als er, sondern hat bereits sein Kind zur Welt gebracht. Tatsächlich trennten sich die beiden in 2020, als klar wurde, dass Brenda schwanger war.
