Pharrell Williams – $11 Million, Miami
Pharrell Williams is “Happy,” and we think we know why. If you live in this stunning Bristol Penthouse in Miami, Florida, you would be happy, too. It is over 10,000 square feet, has five bedrooms, seven baths, and a personal movie theater. Outside you’ll see a pool and Jacuzzi, bath and sauna, outdoor kitchen, and a garage that can fit up to seven cars. Williams is still actively producing records for different artists in the music scene these days. In 2019, he produced songs for artists like Solange and Anderson Paak.
