Michael Ballack: 4 Millionen Euro, Starnberg
Michael Ballack konnte in verschiedenen Clubs und im deutschen Nationalteam seine herausragenden Fähigkeiten im Fußball unter Beweis stellen. Geboren in der ehemaligen DDR, lebte der Fußballer am malerischen Starnberger See in einem schicken Haus, bevor er 2006 zum FC Chelsea wechselte.
Das vier Millionen Euro teure Anwesen wurde verkauft, als er nach England zog. Doch Ballack kam wieder zurück in die Heimat und nun genießt er die Schönheit Bayerns von einer anderen opulenten Villa aus. Kontroversen mit den lokalen Behörden entstanden, nachdem er gegen die Regeln einen Erholungsbereich und einen Feuerlöschteich in seinem Garten bauen ließ. Neben diesem Haus besitzt er aber auch noch eine schicke Villa in Portugal.
