Udo Lindenberg hat auch heute noch eine erfolgreiche Karriere und besitzt natürlich selbst einige Immobilien, darunter ein Haus in der Nähe des geschichtsträchtigen Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, doch sein wahres Zuhause ist schon seit einigen Jahren das Hotel Atlantic in Hamburg. Sein Lebensstil verkörpert die unruhige und ständig bewegte Natur des legendären Künstlers.
Lindenberg genießt die Dualität des Hotellebens, die Stille und Privatsphäre seines Zimmers sowie das lebendige Treiben an der Hotelbar sind ihm gleichermaßen willkommen. In seinen Augen ist er ein stetiger Wanderer, für den ein konventionelles Zuhause eine Beschränkung darstellen würde. Außerdem muss er auf keinen Luxus verzichten, da er eine elegante Suite in diesem Hotel bewohnt.
